West Papua Wildlife and Birding Tours

Birding Period : November 12^th to November 19^th, 2025

The tour starting on South west Papua, in the morning of November 12^th, Edwin met them in Swisbell Hotel in Sorong then by Ferry to Waigeo island as the itinerary below:

• Day 1 (November 12th, 2025): Pick up  from your liveaboard then by 9AM ferry, it takes about 2 hours. Arrive on Waigeo then transfer to AFU Resort in Waigeo island for your staying as long as on Waigeo.
• Day 2 (November 13th, 2025): Fullday Wildlife activities incl birding on Waigeo
• Day 3 ( November 14th, 2025): Fullday birding and wildlife on Waigeo. Night birding
• Day 4 ( November 15th, 2025 ): Morning ferry back to Sorong, Arrive in Sorong about 11AM then drive to Tambraw Valley about 3,5 while birding on the way. Arrive in Tambraw the transfer to Sansapore Pacific Ocean Hotel. Afternoon birding and continue night birding
• Day 5 ( November 16th, 2025 ): Fullday birding and wildlife on TambrawValley
• Day 6 ( November 17th, 2025 ): Morning birding and wildlife on Tambrawthen after lunch drive to Malagufuk. Afternoon birding into the forest through the wooden bridge as long as 3,5 kilo meter. At the edge of the bridge is the Malagufuk Lodge for your overnight
• Day 7 ( November 18th, 2025 ): Fullday Wildlife activities incl birding on Malagufuk. Night birding.
• Day 8 ( November 19th, 2025 ): Morning birding until 09H00 then return to Sorong. Transfer to Swisbel Hotel in Sorong
